The LVAC News home page welcomes two new artists
In March, the newsletter committee posted a call to artists to submit works for display on the home page of the LVAC News website, which houses our public posts and member newsletter archive.
We're pleased to announce that we've selected two fine paintings, which are now available to view online.
(Left/top) Douglas Walker, Untitled (A-500), oil on panel, 43 x 31", 2008. (Right/bottom) Nancy Easun, Koi Painting, oil on canvas (n.d.).
The first, Untitled (A-500), is by artist and LVAC on-call volunteer Douglas Walker. You can read about Walker's work at Christie Contemporary.
The second, Koi Painting, by artist, illustrator and longtime LVAC member Nancy Easun, was recently shown at the 2024 LVAC Members' Exhibition.
We're delighted to showcase these works and grateful to both artists for their generosity. We also thank Larry Miller, whose photographs greeted our website visitors from 2023 to 2025.
