Thanks for a great 2025 Members' Exhibition!

By Pat Lewis
Chair, MPS Events Committee

A big thank you to everyone who helped make our annual Members' Exhibition a success!

Thanks, first, to the many artists, performers and writers who shared their work with us, and to Moudu, who has overseen the show not only this year but in years past.

Thanks to his exhibition team, Judy, Wren, and Larry, for installing and lighting the show, and to Sam for loaning and setting up his studio-grade audio equipment. Vladimir and Peter were also a great help.

Thanks to our poster team, Wren and Larry, and to Lilian for proofreading and event promotion.

Thanks to the refreshments team, Brian (who took me shopping) and Sarah Jane, who sent homemade cookies.

We had a few innovations this year: Moudu illustrated one of the five poems Carlos submitted for the show, and Peter and his bandmate Violette played a great Sunday afternoon musical set. We hope this inspires other collaborations and performances in the future!

Finally, thanks to the events committee for their work supporting the event and to everyone who came out to see the show—especially our Councillor and Deputy Mayor Amber Morley!
