Everyone in Lakeshore Village knows that building on Birmingham near Eighth Street, abandoned but still regal against its surrounding vacant lot.

Soft Turns, a collaborative effort of LVAC members Wojciech Olejnik and Sarah Jane Gorlitz, is the 2023-24 Artist-in-Residence at Gallery 44.

The Lakeshore Village Artists' Co-op opened its doors to artist-members 30 years ago, in the summer of 1993.
