Summer exhibitions at Lakeshore Grounds

The Lakeshore Grounds Interpretive Centre has several ongoing exhibitions for locals to visit this summer, including Patterns & Parallels, a touring exhibition of photography by Canada's first female astronaut, Dr. Roberta Bondar.

Bondar uses high resolution digital photographs, NASA space imagery and video installations to tell the story of the migratory patterns of three bird species: the Whooping Crane, Lesser Flamingo and Piping Plover. The exhibition is hosted in the Humber Fashion Institute until July 26. Click on the image below for full event details.
